Poached is my answer. Healthy, simple, and tasty. Scrambled is delicious, but it makes them small and I end up eating way more.

As much as I love the shuffle feature on my iPod, the transition between cocaine-influenced songs and LSD-influenced songs can be a little jarring. Perhaps I should listen to musicians who don't do very many drugs.
