Complete the Unique Infrastructure

As of now, more than half of the civilization roster is revealed. From that, we learn that while all civilizations have their own unique ability etc, you can either have a unique district, unique building or a unique tile improvement.

It's a bit unfortunate since unique infrastructure are one of the prettiest thing in-game, also the most interesting one graphically (in my opinion).

Let's brainstorm! If you can give all civilizations that haven't had one a unique district and unique improvement, what would you give?

I hope that by the time civ6 complete is done, all civs with have both a Unique building/district and a Unique Improvement.

I don't think the civs with unique buildings need districts, or vice versa, as I feel these are appropriately interchangeable.
 
Starting from scratch…

America

Unique Building: Shopping Mall
Replaces Bank. +33% Gold for the city in which it’s built. +1 Tourism for every foreign trade route from this city and +1 Appeal to adjacent City Centers and Suburbs.

Unique District: Suburb
+1 more Housing than the Neighborhood which it replaces (+2 if built next to a City Center). Upgrades adjacent Farms to +1 Housing (from +0.5). Each Suburb in a city reduces the Cultural cost of acquiring new tiles by 10%.

Unique Improvement: Overseas Base
A late game improvement that can only be constructed by military engineers outside of American territory. Can garrison up to three Units, Corps, or Armies. Troops Garrisoned in the Overseas Base cost no upkeep. Can defend itself similar to Walls or Encampments. Provides a two tile radius of +5 healing to American ground units and -5 damage to ground units which are at war with America.
 
Greece

Unique Building: Pagan Temple
+4 Faith. +1 Great Prophet point. 1 Relic slot. Adds the Pantheon belief of any civilization with a trade route to this city.

Unique District: Plato's Academy

Replaces Campus. +1 Great Scientist per turn. Only minor Science bonuses for adjacency to mountains and none for rainforests, but doubles the great person yield of an adjacent Acropolis.

Unique Improvement: Acropolis

Gains Great Person points next to corresponding districts.
Prophet points next to Holy Site.
Scientist points next to Campus.
General points next to Encampment.
Admiral points next to Harbor.
Merchant points next to Commercial Hub.
Writer points next to Entertainment Complex.
Musician points next to Theater Square.
Engineer points next to Industrial Zone.
