Completely Dumb Ideas

While a new pope has been elected, let's quarrel again about a Papal State civ.
Let's make it a vote, if we all agree on adding it, we post it in suggestions, and we keep debating until we either all agree on adding it or all agree on not adding it

“Awful People” can be created in cities using espionage, replacing the GP points with Awful Person points, and the player has no idea if they’re awful or not until they actually use them.
Actually there is a Bad People Bad People Modcomp alredy.

New Russian UP: Create 5 awful people in the Europe and American regions.

Awful Scientist
When born it forces you to (otherwise non-researchable) techs, such as "Flat-Earth Theory", "Ley lines", "Numerology", "Breatharianism", and so on. You cannot continue to research normally before researching (and proving fake) the given "tech".
“The sun revolves around me, because I’m the center of the universe!”

Awful Artist
When born makes you have to listen to the Best of Album of Justin Bieber and the volume control no longer works. Not even unplugging the speakers help.
“If it's abstract, it doesn’t need talent.”

Awful Merchant
When born it subscribes you to various advertisements that keep poping up in game like wonder movies.
“Invest today and you’ll be rich yesterday!”

Awful Prophet
Doom Cult: +3 Culture from temples, but citizens periodically leave cities to “await the end.”
“The end is nigh. Again.”

Awful General
March of Shame: Army moves in the opposite direction for one turn.
“He had the map upside down.”

Awful Engineer
Wobbly Wonder: Hurries a wonder to eternity. The city keeps building the same wonder for the rest of the game but every turn resets it to just 1 :hammers: completed.
"It Looked Fine on Paper"

Awful Statesman
The Bureaucracy Boom: When you hit "End Turn" you have to confirm it by signing a printed for and scanning it back before the game starts progressing to the next turn. Sometimes you need witnesses to sign it to prove that you are human (although your witness can be your cat).
“I’ve formed a committee to discuss forming a committee.”

Awful Spy
Turns off your anti-spyware, eats your browser cookies and than bakes new ones, twice as many.
“I’m like a shadow in the night. A loud, clumsy, glitter-covered shadow.”

Wonders should have dynamic names and models depending on who build them. If the English build Notre Dame it's Westminster Abbey, etc.
Or wonders are no longer 1 per world and the name depends on the region it's built in.

Some mods have Unique National Wonders working the way it is described above, e.g. RI.

Understanding that this is a dumb idea... I want a viable Nepali civilization. Nepal historically and in modern times controls parts of the Gangetic plain. Many cities at higher altitude than Kathmandu can be founded on the map. Would you place Kathmandu 1 or 2N of Patliputra? 1N would place it on a hill, while 2N would place it on a mountain. One to two other cities within historic Nepal could be founded on the foothills of the Himalayas, the problem is they would be within 1 distance of Indian core and cities such as Patliputra. A UU or UB that allows some benefit from mountains would make them more viable, I guess the mountain UP is already owned by Inca, that said could be a different mountain UP.

UU Gurkha, can build cottage on mountain tiles, combat bonuses on hills and outside of territory reflecting the Gurkhas historic importance in the British military.
