Do we need someone to have this as a separate position, or should we add the job to a position we already have? Who is in charge of disputes between various members? Who is the one that puts up Constitutional amendment polls so that the people can ratify the amendments?

I wouldn't think we need a judiciary; If there's a dispute about something, just start a thread about it, and a majority opinion on what to do should emerge pretty quickly, if we need to, we can post a poll. we already have too many positions anyway.

Who is in charge of disputes between various members?

The "Team Captain is responsible for "maintaning order within the team"

Who is the one that puts up Constitutional amendment polls so that the people can ratify the amendments?

anyone

no, I'm saying most of the duties beong to the players in general, the team captain only settles the dispute when it doesn't concern the law.

the Team Captain has most of these duties anyway

Yes. Any citizen may post constitutional amendment proposals, but the Team Captain is the Arbiter of Disputes. The Judiciary is comprised of the majority of voting citizens in the poll. Nice and Simple.
