Well... This was even harder to judge than the last turnset.
I played from Swordnboards save, and tried to continue in his footsteps, continuing to keep the empire as lean as possible, settling cities and claiming land.
From what I see, I am the only one who got the fish spot up and running. Undefeatables reasoning for the city spot I like. Fish is a nice foodsource, and this site will help develop a few cottages for the capital, later on with a lighthouse it can run two specialists, or simply grow in population on coast, preparing for a whipfest.
I just recently settled the stone/wheat city and have a monument done there now.
I think it would be most prudent to improve the wheat first, but I could be wrong.
The capital is prepared for whip overflow into pyramids with a granary in place and a worker at 29/60 and a settler at 33/100.
This in coordination with stone-city, where chops can land in pyramids.
It seems my luck with barbs are continuing, since I have gotten two barb cities spawned up in the jungle!
A possible plan is to settle a city close by these and chop a madrassa for a somewhat easy cultureflip.
@Lain If I haven't missed anything, your save is the only one with a red fist. Shaka wants to kill something. Probably Qin? What are your thoughts on this, good or bad?
I like it when the AIs are fighting each other, but if they do, they don't build up their cities for you which could be bad?
@Olafeson
You built both SH and TGW, kind of impressive. But I think I would rather have the failgold tbh.

Perhaps the wall could be nice for a GSpy, but there isn't really a need for alot of monuments? How do you reason around this?
@Swordnboard Congrats! You managed to suprise me again with city placement.

This time with Kufah. I might have figured this city spot out as a filler spot much later in the game.
I don't feel as impressed with this city as I was the last turnset though, should I be?
