I'd agree with this. In the music I've included, I took care to include only things that I downloaded legally for free from various places, on the assumption that these are freely distributable.
I suspect that some of the still images that are used in some scenarios might be treading dangerously, but they are easy to change if anyone complains. I think a harder example is where you take someone's image and manipulate it, eg turning a picture of a building into a Civ-style improvement graphic. But again, if anyone complains, it's easy to change.

I know for a fact that Toho are exceptionally unwilling to grant permission to use Godzilla material (having been involved very recently in an attempt to gain same), so I doubt very much that you'll have any luck. If you *do* have any luck, please let me know!
