Cosmetic bugs v1.07.2

Hi Thal Playing a game with v1.07.2 right now and enjoying it immensely!

Noticed that some of the notification options lack descriptions but show up as text keys instead.

Also - I really like the addition where you can see who is your top rival for a CS and how many diplo points they have. I just wondered if "Best rival" isn't a curious expression - shouldn't it be e.g "Worst rival"?

None of these are of course game breakers.

Worst rival could be confusing too. "Closest rival" might be clearer. Or "Highest rival". Or even just "rival".
