[BNW] Cottage, hamlet, village, and town (V1)

-With this mod enabled, you can build cottages, that upgrade with time if they are worked, it also consumes the worker:

-Hamlet= +2 gold,
-Village= +2 gold, +1 culture;
-Township= +3 gold, +1 culture;
-Town= +4 gold, +1 culture, +1 faith;
-All get +1 gold if they are in a river.
-You can build the cottage with Trapping, and each version will grow over an increasing number of turns into the bigger version.
-Policy Free Thought now gives +2 science to Towns, and +1 science to Villages and Hamlets, and the Commerce Finisher gives +2 gold to Towns and +1 gold to Villages.
-Add boat building technology, pier building and fishing boat improvement for empty water tiles.
Pier: +1 food
+1 food for all coast tiles
+15% production when building Workboats in this City
-It should be compatible with any other mods that don´t do the same things
