Crash at initial loading screen

Start the game from Steam like normal, choose DirectX11 (have also tried X9). After the intro movie (i have also tried disabling the intro movie for solution) it goes to the first loading screen, before the main menu, and that's when the game shuts down. I've googled all morning for a solution, and nothing works. Can play all other games I have on steam, and non-steam games just fine.

Simple fixes first.. have you tried validating the game files through steam?
