Crashing at X date

Well, I have three games in a row that crash on X date.

1. Too many treads to check to see if this is common.

2. a.) The game crashes (always) at a certain date. The first game it was 1940, my last game it was 2020, and the current game is 1928. It's always late game crashes.

b.) 1. Load game
2. Play game just fine until "x" date.
3. Hit enter, game crashes when trying to go to the next turn.

c.) game always crashes after hitting enter to go to the next year.

d.) the game should play through the computer players, and let me make my moves in the next turn.

I think that should be the save file.

I have had the same problem in my multiplayer games - haven't been able to find any info but it's the same date with every reload. Didn't check to see if it's the same date in different games.

Could you post a save that crashes on every reload?
I looked at the one in this thread but it does not crash for me - I did not play far though

I have the same problem, I get a blackscreen in the year 1934-1935. It happens at the moment when my new turn starts. The screen of my new tech appears (Assambly line) and the voice reads the quote after that my screen goes black and after 5 min my computer restarts...

Argh. I had the same problem while I was playing a great game as Frederick . But it was in Warlords actually, not BTS. I couldn't get past the year 1664 AD or something. And I was so close to being able to use his factory UB.

Lowering my graphics settings don't seem to work here, but never really had problems with them.

Somehow, i'm having the same kind of bug
Is there something to do but wait for the next patch?

My Cpu :
AMD Athlon 2500+
1,5 G DDR400 Ram (added some more espacially for my huge civ games )
ATI RADEON 9800
