It is Gaiaism, based on the worship of Gaia, the mother goddess, and that Tartessos is their blessed kingdom and they must work, and die so to win Gaia's respect.

My religion is Gaianism, and it is expanded all over the Kingdom of Tartessos. It worships our planet (known here as Gaia) as a great mother that gave birth to us all, animals and plants alike, including us humans. We strive to act in a equilibrium with the planet, doing the best to not harm it or, at least, do as less harm as possible (for example, don't hunt for animals unless it is necessary, always make sure that, when trees are cut down, the trees' seeds are planted around the same place, etc.). The center of the cult is the Temple of Gaia in Tartesia, which receives several thousands of pilgrims every year. Priests of Gaia have held a position in the Alto Consejo del Reino ever since the Kingdom of Tartessos was born. They are also healers and have much knowledge about the plants and animals of the zone they live in, as well as knowing the natural equilibrium between them.

To bring even more glory to our Empire, Emperor Obama has decided to move out his wooden residence into a stone palace, properly called the 'Black House'. The Empire shall now be ruled from here.

It seems that the Emperor has set a trend because many people have started building stone houses. For centuries the Zulu people have built wooden huts and are gradually giving up this tradition in favor of the stone houses.
The stone houses are more durable than the traditional wooden huts and thus less vulnerable to natural disasters like storms, hurricanes or the monsoon. The new stone houses have usual a round roof, similar to wooden huts.

Gaia: the history behind the religion​

... thus, it was not a surprise when several nations started to declare that their official religion would be Gaianism. The religion certainly attracted a great share of people, as it seemed that all of them liked to follow some kind of moral rules that would help them to survive in the world...

In spite of what some of the detractors of the religion said, Gaianism was not centered around the Kingdom of Tartessos, although it was true that Tartessos had the biggest share of followers of the religion ever since its inception (nowadays, roughly 30% of Gaians live in Tartessos), which was what probably made people think that absurd idea...

... several sects of Gaianism appeared around the world, the most known one being the Aussi Branch, originated in Jasiran, which would with time expand to Nippon and Koryo, but the original religion of Gaianism was (and is) still the most expanded religion in the world...

... "competition" from other religions like Elvisianity and Beatleism was hardly a thing, as they were only major religions in their countries of origin (the former Florida and Amazonia, respectively), hardly gaining any influence out of them as Gaianism was fairly more attractive and interesting than any other...

We have decided to send you this message in hopes that the five of us can create a new, enormous alliance that can defeat any enemy they face. This alliance would be of the economical, militar and scientifical kind, which would give us the edge over any other enemy in the world.

To start with possible negotiations between the five nations and the hammering of the accord that will bind the alliance together, we propose that three representatives of each nation (one from each of the possible branches of the alliance) meet in the point where Tartessos, Songhai and the Zulu Empire meet in their borders.

Nowadays the African Alliance is much more than just a military alliance. It's members trade freely in each others lands, research is centralized (and thus optimized) and cultural exchanges take place for better mutual understanding.
In order to come closer to each other we suggest a mutual protection pact (MPP) with Tartessos, UEP and Abalonia. A full-fledged alliance might be possible later on.
Again we speak for ourselves and can not decide on this matter alone.

On a side note:
We must admit that we are quite impressed by the Tartessian culture and the degree of civilization Tartessos possess.

The Euro-Mediterranean Alliance has also been around for some time, although one of its original members was lost when the Kingdom of Milan decided to join the Kingdom of Tartessos. Free trade among the nations is also present here, and our common goals and religion (if the UEP finally converts to Gaianism) make our friendship a very good one. We have yet to find the way to finally join forces in the scientifical researching, as so far Tartessos has lead the way, with the UEP paying to learn the results of our research after it has been done.

We are quite enjoyed that you are considering the possibility of a great alliance between all of us, and hope that the members of the AA respond affirmatively to this offer. The signing of a Mutual Protection Pact would surely be the first step taken forward for a great alliance of peoples from Europe, Africa and Asia that will be able to take on the worst foes in the world.
