Cultural Border Flipping (I mistyped the title of the thread)
Hi there, I'm not 100% sure of the calculations regarding cultural borders expansion but I had a wee thought.
If the settings were to be changed so that borders expanded at more regular intervals... for instance: 10/100/1000/3000/7000/1300/2100...up to and maybe beyond legendary.
What effects do you think this could have in the game?
More ocean squares under your control eventually?
More reward for investing in culture in your borders?
More tit for tat in cultural borders exchanges?
Would save you having to build on tundra/ice etc so much?
How would the AI handle it?
Is it even possible?
