Our planned features are detailed here. I can simplify matters by saying that all of them need SDK coding in some way, which none of us (so far, anyway) can do.

Right, those you've listed aren't really features as much as core elements of the mod. I'll go through them.
1. Mostly in already, just waiting for me to add them in, I think.
2. Not done, but easy for someone to do.
3. Done.
4. Not sure. I'll check. Semi-complete, IIRC.
5. We have a few leaderheads, and a few placeholders. Check out the art thread. Code wise, we're very scratchy, I think.
6. Sheep's on that, IIRC.
7. That's a "feature" as mentioned before.
8. Civics coded. Locking not done yet (needs Python/SDK).
9. I think we decided on a reasonable ratio a while ago. Something like 1:10 000 (I can't remember).
