Not a madly exciting set of turns but we're in a reasonable position and have some explorers out and about.
Salamanca is due to grow & build a Settler in 2 turns. With only +3fpt and our present 6spt there doesn't seem much sense in building a Granary until all 6 BG are fully improved.
I would send the Settler SE along the river, settling either S (Red) or SSE (Green) from the Sugar. Alternatively we could strike out South for the Floodplains (Blue), remembering that with no culture allowed the city would be isolated for quite some time.
There is another Civ, whose borders we can just see, to be discovered. With the Roman stack so close, it's quite possible that they're at war with each other or about to go to war
There's not much point in trading until we discover some more AI, to lower the costs of the 1st level techs, so I would keep Salamanca producing Curraghs between Settlers.
