French Ultimatum to Austria-Bavaria
For too long have you held rightful French Speaking lands and people under your autocratic dictatorial rule. This affront to liberty and human rights has gone on for far too long, and now is the time for their liberation!
The Communard French State demands the following concessions from the Austro-Bavarian State:
1. The Return of the regions of Alsace, Lorraine, Burgundy, and any other French speaking territories currently under Austrian Control.
2. The creation of a Demilitarized Zone West of the Rhine River continuing until the new French Border.
3. Austria-Bavaria will sign a Treaty of Non Aggression with the Communard French State.
4. The Austo-Bavarian Military shall not exceed the size of the French Military for 5 Years
5. The elimination of any and all debt of the French speakers who are currently living within the Austro-Bavarian state
Failure to comply with all these demands within 24 Hours upon receiving them will result in a break down of French and Austrian relations and we will have no choice but to declare war on the Austro-Bavarian State for the Liberation of French Workers within the Austro-Bavarian State

Can I declare war on a smaller nation and just stay in the state of war for the sake of mobilization bonuses? You can declare war on whoever you want, but mobilization policies are given only when the nation is fighting a large war that requires serious efforts and threatens the nation in some way. In other words, if Sweden declares war on Baganda, neither of them will get the bonus. Same applies to declaration of war by Burma on Gran Paraguay.

As Austria baravia controls territories that are rightfully part of Hungary, we Demand that you make these concessions to us or we will be forced to invade you and take them by force.
You cannot win a 2 front war. accept this and you will be able to focus on fighting the French.
1. Vienna and land north of that up to the border with the north german federation will be given to Hungary.
2. Graz and all Austrian land east (Not West) and south of that will be given to Hungary.
3. 25 Mc, 200 Hc, 25 ic, and 40 ec will be given for free to Hungary
4. An agreement that Austria baravia will never attack Hungary
5. Austria will cut down its number of missions to 4 and will never go past that limit
6. Klagen fort and all land east and south of that will be given to Hungary.

Russia condemns Hungary's blatant opportunism. It calls upon the nations of the world, in particular Hungary's ally in the Ottoman Empire, to join it.
Hungary is asking for territory that is almost entirely German and never was part of the modern Hungarian state or the historical Crown of St Stephen. This territory includes Austria's capital of Vienna. Britain has more of a claim to Paris than Hungary to Vienna.
