Why don't the people that prosecute this sorta thing watch the election campaigns once in awhile.
Well, he could always move to Wisconsin and invest nearly all his money into charities, then he has no money to take, and in Wisconsin you CANNOT lose your home in a lawsuit.

Apparently, some mods don't like the idea of the merging, not because of the merging itself but because now we have to pay for some features, and for the OT and NES sections are going to be removed, So, some mods made a forum with almost exactly the same subforums as these ones, and some bad things were said yesterday. It makes me sad because I found all mods around here to be very nice people. I didn't see much grounds for slander, but I think somebody owes an apology to Ainwood.
Anyway, yesterday was a pretty odd day, I came late for the 'party' and when I logged in, many threads had been already removed from CFC, most of them without any connection with the merging and up to 8 members had been banned.

Whoa!!! They were slandering mods?!?!?! That is a completely different story. Site bashing I can see, but attacking the people that work for the site is wrong.
Personally I would keep the site open and go after the posters that were doing all the slander/libel. Unless of course the Admin took no action to stop it.
