Deer Rider

For my last new unit for a while, it is a horse archer with the horse replaced by a deer.

I heard a rumor a while back that resource graphics didn't play well with unit graphics. I hope that this and my pig unit http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2771 show that they can work together, with some extra work.
