I am not sure why you insist on continuing with this even though you were soundly proven wrong last time. The domino effect occured because we, as a group, were not able to organize our foreign policy in time for the turn chat, partially because of all the freeking pseudo-spam in the departmental threads. It was not the presidents fault. It was everyone's fault, including yours. Please stop with these non-constructive polls, and maybe spend some time actually reading some of the useful threads.
