Design: The Svartalfar

Hey, I just downloaded this mod and I noticed I can't seem to be the Svartalfar civilization. Any idea why? (Hopefully I'm not posting this question in the wrong place >_<)

The Svartalfar are not playable on Vanilla FfH, you must own BtS. (I assume that's your problem) If not, you must be playing a sceanario in which they are not present.
