Can't really say that I'm surprised.
I'm curious though.
You don't let the thread fall on page 2 and you keep units available only by downloading the mod. You obviously are interested in the mod's future popularity. But when one of your own is banned for 3 days, you abandon CFC and with it, a very large part of your crowd. Chieftess warned about flaming, bans weren't in my opinion without grounds.
I'm puzzled. Is this a pride thing?

A moderator bans the project manager of a MOD one day before it's release under the impression that all posters are all somehow equal. That is it. Why should Thorgrimm just think of it as water under the bridge?

It looks like a good mod. I would be sorry for those who will never know of its existance. In my opinion it's always a shame when a good piece of work doesn't get the audience it would deserve.
I don't want to get into this, not my fight. I was simply wondering about the decision to not post the mod at CFC. This kind of reaction is foreign to me. One moderator doesn't represent the site and one 3 day ban doesn't rock my boat concerning my attitude towards the site itself. The joy of sharing my work with people is one of the main reasons I mod. There'd be no way I would withdraw into exile just because I had a bad experience with one moderator.
But not understanding your decision doesn't mean that I don't respect it. Do as you wish, but just like with Wyrm taking his units exclusively to CDG, I can't but shake my head confused.

YAY! BTW, the reason I didn't offer to BETA test again yestarday (when I got my C3C to work), was that I knew you were really close to the end. I'm really sorry for my C3C breaking, and having to break out of the BETA testing. I really wish I could have helped more. Anyway, I can't wait until tommorow.
