Here is my desktop while running a virtualization program on Windows XP.

Note: The Text in Japanese reads "Homeko on Kubuntu" (I tried to get the Katakana to it's close phonetic equivelent for "Kubuntu" while making this wallpaper on my main OS (WinXP))

No, First of all, I dont have some random anime woman on my desktop given the fact that the anime woman in question is the same Homeko (Windows XP Home) that I have been using, only she wears different outfits (Though in the OS-tan canon, Homeko is normaly depicted wearing green)

That's weird, because I got the file from this thread, a little while back, when you asked someone (for some reason I think he was Scandinavian) to upload the file when you saw it before.

The "Россий" means "Russian". That's all I know.

Then I guess it's:

I have no idea what it means, I just know the alphabet... vaguely.

On the cheese, it says российский сыр "Russian cheese". On the mousetrap, it says СДЕЛАНО В РОССИЙ "Made in Russia" (СПЕЛАНО isn't a word, far as I can see).

At least according to Babelfish. Do we have a Russophile in the house?

And this КАЛИНСКИЙ В В is a comic artist of obvious Russian origin. Look at this fine, unbiased and fair comparison he makes here:

Wouldn't it be a good idea to know what you're putting on your desktop before you actually do so?
