I used to change backgrounds every month or so, but I've had this for about or maybe a little over a year now. It was on my old PC at first, but it had to be replaced in the spring (motherboard died), and this desktop one of the first files I transferred over. The simple beauty of it -- the Stoa of Attalos -- captivates me.

This computer isn't hooked up to the internet, hence the lack of a Google Chrome icon.

It is very beautiful. I enjoy your games too, you still Play Vice City? why it is so old and you must've beaten it already. The Red Alerts can be played oer again but GTA?

My laptop in all its ubergeeky linux glory! Well, I supposed if it was ubergeeky it wouldn´t have a desktop and I would only use the command line, but it´s geeky enough for me.

It is funny to see how much people keep their desktops clean of icons. I put everything on desktop because I would forget about it if it was somewhere else in computer.

It is. I just googled ¨wallpaper Mist¨ and this was the first to show up. I was quite surprised, I was actually expecting a whole different type of images. Like this:

But the woods are way nicer, so I´m not changing anything anytime soon.

Nice desktop. Elegant. I can see why you've kept it a long time.

Mine's been the regular XP desktop for several months now. It works well enough. Prior to that it was one of the North Irish field's from Paul Thurott's Irish Windows 7 theme pack (albeit still on XP - just copied the image over).

Tropico THree is nice.
And the news sliders at the side, show that you are very buisnesslike. Except the plane window, that one is shows that you have a fun side too.

Well its only the demo. Though the news thing I hardly use (it came with Vista) and the plane thingy is just a slideshow of my pictures... I don't know if that really shows I'm "fun" or not.

Haha! Changed my background! I got bored of the globe, and decided to go with this picture of a huge thunderstorm that I took on my way back from my trip to D.C.
