desynch problem

Hi folks,

I hope it won't be a question already discussed, but i've been searching the forum for awnsers and nothing solved my problems.

We are 2 players, one living in Uk with a US civ3 conquest 1.22 patch and me in France with a french civ3 + conquest 1.22 patch. Both using adsl behind a router. All the needed ports were opened and the game works well until big battles happen then we are getting a lot of desynch prob and we have to reload the game. Now we have to reload almost every turn...

I've heard that Maya could crash the game so i removed them as animations of combat and units.

Any clues to solve those crashes?
