Also you do not accept to see some factors. So you just told something of belligerent record of Germany. It was militaristic. But indeed in the Germans were only involved in 8% of all wars from 1800- 1945. France otoh was involved in 33%. Indeed strong militaristic states are among the most peaceful ones, too. So I get the impression that you are neglecting facts.

That's not a very fair comparison Prussia/Germany did not become a real power until the second half of the 19th century. And my comment about belligerence refers to Germany's weltpolitik, which is mainly the Kaiser's doing. But, in any case, let's check the list:

This is probably true, but how important were American arms to the war? Would the Allies not have won without them? I haven't read much on that.
