Perhaps your style was changed. It looks like you are using 'Modern CFC' If you look at 'Style' under a persons Avatar you can see what style they are using. You can change yours by clicking on someone else's style or I think on the root page of the forums you can change it. By root page I mean the page that comes up when you click 'Forums' from the main CFC page.
You can also change your style by going to the "Profile" (or "User CP") button at the top of any page, and then going to the "Edit Options" section. Style is near the bottom of that page.
