Did you ever have a recurring dream/nightmare?

Did you sleep with your sheets tucked in?

Never. When I ended up at my first hotel, here in North America, the first thing I ever did was throw 95% of all pillows on the floor (I just need one), untuck everything, and throw all sheets on the ground except 1. That's all I was ever used to, just 1 pillow and 1 sheet to sleep under. Tucked in bedsheets with like 50 diff. layers were just baffling to me. I didn't understand it.

Since then I've tested out climbing into the tucked in bedsheets, in a hotel. And it feels AWESOME. So I always do that now, I kinda get in there like a wrapped up food item. Feels great to sleep like that, but I still don't get all the pillows. There's always lots of pillows on the floor when I'm staying at a hotel

I dreamed of something interesting last night. Apparently I was in some kind of gateway to hell, although interestingly you could still "fail" to reach hell if you didn't play by the rules of the place. So, for example, one had to open a specific door at a specific time, or bizarre things would happen (including the door revealing more doors behind it, or a brick wall, or the actual room but now without any trapdoor to the next place). I don't really recall how one was banished to this intermediate location between life and hell, but it had to do with a virus/curse brought by extraterrestrials.
Anyway, I had the choice to just go to that room, and opened the door to see a crowd there (I think that the expectation was, in theory, that not all would have to move to hell from there - some would be cured or just be there for the placebo effect) but was too bored (or other) to go there, so stayed outside to explore a bit. The actual location was supposed to gradually be filled with more (and more obvious) ETs.
In the end it was too late, I did open the door again, but another door was now behind it, opened that too, yet another was behind, and after I opened all six or seven doors I entered the room but it was empty and no trapdoor existed now either.
Therefore, for the time being, I am prevented from visiting hell :)

Dreams, can't remember any accept not long ago I was playing a game (JA2 113) in all my spare time and I'd dream I was reloading it ad nauseam. No problem, started playing another game and all was fine.

Don't remember any nightmares in my youth. But that wasn't because I was brave. When I'd watch Frankenstein, Dracula, or any of the other 40's horror movies w/my sisters ... my eyes were closed most the time.

I have terrifying sleep paralysis a few times a year. A monster--an alien, witch, or demon--is outside, prying open my window, and making their way into my room. Meanwhile, I'm paralyzed and screaming. Once inside, the monster saunters about my room before dragging me outside or into Hell.

On the other hand, I have very pleasant lucid dreams a few times a year. They usually start with me flying around Lake Tahoe. Sometimes I land in the woods and walk around. One time I found a snowy cabin and went inside, where I found my grandpa. He's still alive, but in the dream he was long dead. The symbolism was a bit heavy-handed, but I thought it was cool anyway.

And then, I'm ashamed to say, I have dreams about my ex a few times a week. But these are becoming less frequent fortunately.

I've mentioned this before, but I have recurring dreams where I'm in a hotel room in China. I've had it dozens and dozens of times now for at least 10 years. It's a little different every time, but the recurring themes are: I'm always in a hotel room, I'm always looking out the window at a mostly industrial kind of scene and sometimes taking photos, and I have a bong with me I attempt to hide. Sometimes authority figures appear and harass me but not always.

That's basically it. The bong part sort of makes sense to me, but the rest of it is kind of a mystery.

Maybe book a trip to China and see if you end up in the same hotel
