The top 5 per se is not really a surprise, but I though that Diplomatic League would be doing better than Gunboat Diplomacy and Cryptography. I was wrong. Surprised that Containment did so well, I will have to use that more often.

Well, it was surely original idea to make thread about policies! I don't have any problems with ranking, Charismatic Leader deserves to win. Let's see if new elimination threads will come with upcoming African/SE Asian civs!

Cryptography should have been top 3 imo. I would also have put Nuclear Espionage much higher ... I really like espionage in Civ 6. Arsenal Of Democracy I would put much lower. But overall I think the list is fairly accurate.
