Hey sorry for the turbulence, but we feel wronged here.

We are suggesting that MIA and KISS has educated Doughnut on your findings through this trial, thus strengthening their analytical situation, even before you made the first galley or even found our continent.
That is one way too see "Spirit of the game". We have some very valid reason admins are aware of, which is not what you may think.

I was strictly referring to that our two continents never met, yet you meddled in our continental situation by educating Team Doughnut through this misguided case. I see this as a means to work diplomatically through game admin rulings, which may not be the intention, but surely the real outcome and campaign for some of you. So far, Team KISS is not considered accountable for anything in our camp, and that anarchy structure does not allow clear channels and mandates of responsibility.

For now, I think we should concentrate on our continents and not worry about the ruling at hand.
We may give a statement when the ruling is complete. As you know, I am not a dictator on this team, we poll most things, and it was some polls on some unrelated things that caused all this.

I hope this does not kill diplomacy, but we are prepared for that situation too. I hope this will go over.

Okiedookie then. You felt we wanted to make a point to D'nuts about TNT's moves and used the ruling thread for that purpous. If that would be the case then, if what you state is true, we have miseducated Nuts , i.e. KISS has interpreteded the situation wrongly. The winner in that case is TNT so congrats . If the Nutters are daft enough to rely on others (poor) intelligence, that's their loss isn't it? What I do not know is how you're supposed to raise a question on rulings that concerns all teams if you're not allowed to use the main thread.
The reason you did whatever you did are of course hidden to us and that's the "problem" when we engage in arguments in the main thread. We, as well as you and others, make our comments based on what we "think" has happend. It might be correct, but then again, it might not. We have to live with that.
Finally, if anyone is stupid enough to "kill diplomacy" some 40 turns into the game, he deserves to die .

Now, the tone is back to "normal" again. No greeting, no goodbye, just telling us to stay in character and change government. That's the spirit!

Since we at TNT now are officially clean, I suggest we keep a clean neutral slate, and do not use this case for future reference. No rule was broken, and the spirit is yet to be defined, not uniaterally by your team, but all four teams and game admins. So the question is more that your teams on the other continents stay in character, as we never met, so in a "real" situation, this could never have taken place. This is why we got the rules on map trades, and comm trades prior to map making and public press.

For future reference, I also urge your team to develop a more accountable structure, so we can actually do diplomacy in the future, some other person may even be playing our turns when we meet.

I will make a reply and keep a very gentle tone. If no one explicitly disagrees I would like to be the one communicating, when neccesary, with this guy for a little while. I sense he blows the top of a lot of my fellow Celts but I do think he should be strangeled with silk gloves. He breeds on antagonism and I suggest we deny him that. The purpous of being "nice" is of course to make him feel he has an advantage and thereby lowering his guard. My semi-bad english might help as well.

It is likely we will meet TNT first and we should communicate with TNT when we meet. However we should refuse to accept any contact or discussion that involves Provo, ever. Period end of story. Either that or no communication.

Although this is said pretty crudely for a diplomatic front, I have to fully agree and press on the diplomats to find a nice way to say it - but to say it.

I haven't answered him yet and I will refrain from being provocative. I'm thinking I could be the "good" guy here, his little plaything so to say. I believe his ego grows in that kind of relation and I will be happy to blow him until he goes kaaa-----booom .
I think it's a good idea (for us) TNT keeps him as spokesman because he's a lousy diplomat. If rest of team think we should refuse to communicate with him, I will of course stop it.

Either TNT has lost city to barbies or they're having an affair with Nuts. If barbie then "tough luck buddy but we didn't think you were that sloppy". If a deal with Nuts then they're planning on invading our continent with MW's and Immortals. That's my......guess.

The problem in keeping him as a spokesman, although his lousiness is a good point to your statement, is that anyone can be offended and barge in for a crude reply - which he may well deserve at one point.

We have the greatest respect for the admins and will naturally accept their verdict as being fair in all regards. That means we will treat team TNT neither better nor worse than any other team.
Regarding your repeated reference to our alleged attempt at giving info away "outside-game" in order to limit your diplomatic space I friendly suggest you tell us how this should be done in a fair way and also how you can be so sure KISS was the ones bringing attention to it. Whoever it was admins can of course check the forums to see what kind of reasoning has led forward to the questioned action.
If you spot something that seems fishy and that relates to the rule set would you not put that on the table for everyone to take a look at? Would you leave one or two teams out, and if so, for what reasons? I'd like an answer to this question since we probably will come upon a similar situation again. After reading VBrauns post on this in the main thread I feel it even more important to have your opinion on the matter. This does obviously not relate to deals between specific teams. In that case rules seems clear on how to proceed.
About our team structure we will organize in a way that serves our purpous. If/when that involves TNT I'm sure we can work something out that is to the liking of everyone involved.

I am very certain on how things worked out. Ginger Ale said two teams put this case forwards. Both KISS and MIA brought this to the attention according to your own team officials. Team Doughnut did not.
Regarding the allegations of the palace jump, you could not be more wrong, things took place in a different manner than you may expect. What we really disliked, was the defamation campaign, in particular lead by Admiral Kutzov and Own, which was partly rebuffed by the admins. I am certain this was done to make our continents development much more difficult, and not to win the court rulings.

The doings of these two citizens are still a memory in our team, and we will consider that when we meet.
In other words, it is not advisable to use these individuals for external comms. You may underestimate us, but Team TNT is actually quite well tuned, internally harmonic and well organized, and we will not bend to out-of-game maneuverings like this.

One fair way to avoid this for future reference, since also we may actually be tempted to strongarm in a similar way to psyche down the other team, defame the other team or wrest out unwarranted intelligence, would be to designate an official UN Representative, like most teams do. I had to represent the Team a bit , since VBraun was away at the moment.

Also, let the admins do the investigations discreetly, so UN cases do not become stages for propaganda, defamation, intelligence coups, subversion of other teams diplomatic activities and so on. At Team TNT we run a tight ship, so this probing here mostly failed, except that some relations soured a bit. I notice especially teens are most aggressive in adolescent delinquents kangaroo courts, and I would urge you to find someone more capable to handle legalities in your tteam. Having Admiral Kutzov out there with this Idiot policy does not serve your interests, as he only seemed capable of flaming.

Keep cases and rule discussions separate.

Besides, if you would like some cooperation later, I also strongly urge you to handle communications with us differently, and we will seek to improve where we can. Luckily, we got fewer loose cannons than you, and we are mature players handling minor stress well.
I think you should use your mature people more in the comms, and I have seen you have them.
