Very nice! Now downloading my copy. I'm glad D2D users won't have to wait

I just wanted to thank you for letting us know.
. I was just surprised that I was the first to find out (or at least, the first to say something about it).As far as I can determine, the only thing you need to --or even can -- do is activate your given key with Steam. I'd imagine, the Deluxe edition owners are identified by the keys they were given; Babylon will probably be downloaded when the game is authorized for release. The first DLC will involve activating a second key at a later time.

Dear Direct2Drive Customer:

We are excited to give you the opportunity to pre-load your copy now.

Also I dount they changed their mind, since they never actually announced when they were going to release the keys and all we knew so far is based on speculation.
Ah ha! Nvm - i finally found it in the "Steam" folder, buried away. I sort of wanted to have it install on my second HDD rather than the boot one, but it looks like you don't have that option?
Yup, pre-loading mine right now. Looks like they had a change of heart on the issue.

Hahaha, the pre-load is "here's your key, and how to add it to Steam".![]()
I just got an email from D2D saying so.
Of course I can't, since I'm at work... but will be tonight!![]()
I think this was already announced, wasn't it..?
