Divine Intervention-The Newbie's Gambit

Thanks. I'm giving you guys 12 hours to intervene, then I'm going to play. Also, I plan to get the first chapter of the story I'm making done tomorrow.

While strolling through his illustrious empire, SamSniped heard beautiful music coming from an unknown source, he listened for a while and began to make out words.

"Hello, I am Radio, the god of music!"

"Yes, of course you are" SamSniped responded, "I've heard of you from different lands and hear you dispense quests frequently"

Sam heard in the backgroung "Seriously, another mortal, another quest, can't I just stop in for a little chat?" "Ahem. Anyways, a quest you want, a quest you shall have!"

Suddenly the earth started shaking when it was over, the music had grown slightly quieter as though some of the god's powers were drained.

"There" Radio panted "There's an island made in my name out somewhere in the sea, I tried keeping barbs off of it but, you know barbs will be barbs"

After wheezing a while Radio composed himself and said "Yeah, you might want to check that island out, it holds great power, seriously though I'm winded, just remember to take that island from the barbs!"

And with that the music quieted and finally all was silent.

"Well, that was interesting" Sam said, "I should probably check that out before something horrible befalls me and my empire"

Quest
Spoiler :
Take my "R" shaped island from the barbarians, it's definately worth it

NFSSE:
Spoiler :
There are 4 cities, each with 3 machine guns each on the island, if he can kill all the barbs, he keeps the cities, if he cannot capture them a horrible recession will follow as I create irresistable music that not even the government can't resist buying (gold amt lowered to 0)

And so Inohotep was looking over at what Sam was doing with his newly conquered island kingdom, the Isles 'o Wonder, and what'd you know, he was building a wonder in celebration of this achievment. Now, Inohotep was glad to see this wonder to add to the list, but patient was somthing he was not well known for, and with he gave all the workers steriods so they could finish it up. Unfortunately, this caused a very low sperm count in the poulation and the size of the inner ilse city dwindeled.

Inohotep turned his head and saw a new nation literally emerge from nowhere, and saw that the huge cities and towns were waddling in their own filth. "Poor tribsmen," He said, "They cannot even control the very waters that give them life." So he personally built large buildings to tame the once wild rivers of Radio Island.

Changes
Spoiler :
built Eiffel Tower in city 'o wonder and reduced the city's size from 17 to 10
removed flood plains from Radio Island, but gave all the cities free dams (unless Radio Noer cares about it and then i'll change it back to its original status)

Turn 866-Ghulaman falls to the mighty Indian Empire! I'm Ghandi as a warmonger...:p

Turn 867-Yet another vassalized Civ. I have a feeling this will result in something...

Ragnar DoW'd me, starting a massive world war with Lincoln, Mansa, Darius, and I taking on Charlie and Ragnar. Only Genghis stayed out.
He sent a decent-sized stack against me, which I promptly defeated. Then came my counterattack.

Turn 917-SDI built. Probably not going to need it.

After Turn 917, with my main army heading towards one of Ragnar's cities, a SoD ambushed my army. Over 60 units primarily of Calvary and Riflemenwiped my more advanced units out.

Turn 918-To try and kill off his SoD with my remnants, I nuke that city.

A smaller stack ambushed me, killing the remnants of that force.

Turn 920-And here I stop. My army decimated, two of my four GG units down, one deep in enemy lines close to death. Will I get help? If not, the war is over.

SamSniped could look at the maps from every way, the situation was always desperate. His war was not going well, and he knew it.
"I would give anything for an army. For some reinforcements."
A strange tall man suddenly appeared in front of him, and said : "Your wish is granted. It would not be just for such a civilization to be defeated after achieving all this" he said, looking at the palace around him.
"And who exactly are you sir ?" asked SamSniped politely.
"I am no sir, I am Adrien, god of knowledge and justice !" answered the god in a burst of anger ; "I have decided to appear at this tragic moment, because the laws of justice were being broken."
"And... What did you do exactly ?"
"I have many friends in many different places, and some of them have accepted to help you on your war, led by general Jonathan Harker."
"Well... Thank you !" Sam was relieved. "Is there anything I could do to thank you ? Some kind of arrangement ?"
"Justice is not made of arrangements and negotiations ! Your enemies have fought valiantly, and I would not have wanted you to gain an unjust advantage over them. They have been given some of your northernmost cities in exchange for the troops I gave you."
"I - What ?"
"Also, you have asked me if there was anything you could do to thank me ? Well it seems that you have not build any observatories to learn about the world around you. It would please me very much if by the time I come back all your cities were doted with such buildings."
And with those final words the tall man disappeared.

NFSE
Spoiler :
I have given groups of infantry (plus a great general, a marine, a para and a gunship) to Sam, and given 7 of his northernmost cities to Ragnar and Charlie

I don't want to insult anyone, so I'll keep my mouth shut. All I will say is this- I better have gotten a lot of good units. and I hope you didn't give any of Darius's cities to them. Then I will be extremely angry.

Is there a specific reason for wanting those Persian cities really bad ?
Anyway, this was getting too easy, so I suppose it will spice things up a little bit ;)

NFSSE :
Spoiler :
I played a couple of turns and it seems that my units are not enough to win the war. I'll add some more units.
Edit : now it should be better.

Well, first off, all I have in most of the Persian cities is one machine gun unit, and if the cities there get attacked without warning, I'm dead. Secondly, the ex-Persian cities were not even captued in that world war. If you gave them some of the Mali and Holy Roman cities, I'm okay with that.
By the way-did you save the GG unit behind enemy lines?

The fact that the ex-Persian cities were not captured in the world war is why they're to be given up... You've won the others during the war, and your enemies were not good enough to hold them, so it wouldn't be fair to take those away from you. And the cities have really been given, they won't get attacked.
About the GG, he was in a position to be saved anyway, by turtling in the friendly city east of his position (Malian or Mongol city, can't remember).

Yep, I didn't bother to change the name.
