Articles of War
Due to the increase in the scale of the war, NOD and the SkA have drafted a document in an attempt to localize and minimize the growing conflict. Any violation of the terms set by this joint proclamation will bring into question of the SkA and NODs neutrality.
Article I. The following nations have since forth been declared Battle zones. It is within the confines of these nations or former nations territory where the war shall be restricted. The nations are, Byzantine, Venice, Holland, Maya, Rome, Egypt, and Copan. It seems only fair that the nations either attacked or received an attack would be the designated areas for combat. The Iroquois, the Celts, Chinese, and Japanese and any other participants only obligated by others to fight will be designated as supporters and will be exempt from this rule. Any attempt to expand the war into other areas will be
looked down upon by NOD and the SkA.
Article II. The following seas and oceans will be hereby the designated combat zone for any and all participants within the war. Attempt to expand beyond these waters will be deemed as a threat to the security of NOD and the SkA and will be met with due process. The following waters are designated by participants in the war. Venice Byzantine, Mayan, Rome, and Hollands original waters will be designated combat zones. All merchant ships are advised to avoid these designated areas. NOD and SkA naval vessels will be in constant patrol in order to deem that these articles are being respected.
Article III. Any and all attempt to disregard the neutrality of any nation in the conflict will be termed as a hostile intention by the participants and shall be met with appropriate action in a joint NOD and SkA venture. All participants will respect our neutrality and will not impose any restrictions on which we trade with, while also respecting any and all ships bearing our flags. Any reports by our merchants by an attack by either party shall be investigated.
Article IV. In order to insure that the Articles are being observed, NOD and the SkA will herby work together on each and every aspect of the Articles and will dedicate their full cooperation to each other should some party violate our terms. This may of course include joint military intervention; so any nation looking to defy this proclamation is duly warned.
Note: Anyone within the SkA and NOD may make a suggestion to add or revise the document is fully welcomed. Send a PM and we shall verify your suggestion to the other members.
