I recently started collecting and painting Warhammer miniatures. Here is one:

Assides form obvious computer games and Reading, music is my main hobby, though i'd call it more a lifestyle.

Lets see, I am a Dj ( amateur, just for the sorts of parties I go 2 - I use Ipods )

Play in 2 terrible bands ( all beginners at what ever instruments we are currently playing, just for fun most of them are actually good at some other sort of instrument and play that some where else)

Pc strategy games

Books - like informational books rather than novels - books are cool

MMOs - thou I am playing none atm

Modding Pc strategy games ( mostly scripting, and I am not to good yet )

Martial arts and weightlifting ( 3 times a week for each - time allowing )

Dancing - Yes I am a guy and enjoy dancing

Futsal -I try to play often

*7 on 7 half field Drag rules American football ( only once a month but it's organized and really fun )

**Wooden sword fighting - as it sounds me and my friends just spar with wooden weapons.

* American football on a 50 yard field ( instead of 100, width stays the same ) No pads, tackles are ruled the same way as rugby tackles

We wear big gloves and hockey goalie chest plates + big jackets to prevent injury, baseball catchers mask. ..... it's goofy looking but, way cheaper than kendo suits!

My only obligations are tutoring Anthropology 101 for 10 hours a week even them we meet at my house most of the time, picking up my youngest sister from school at 3pm and dropping her off at 8:30am.

And I have school from 9:30 to 2 pm monday - thursday + a class from 5pm to 6:30 monday and wednesday.

I only have 5 classes and 3 of them are super easy. (math,english,portuguese)
Guitar and music theory I have to study for a lot thou.

I usually go to the gym for only like an hour right before bed, and I go to the Brazilian jujitsu school when ever I have time (since the classes aren't scheduled in blocks)

Dancing/Drinking is really only like 2 a month (thou I wish it were more )

Boken/Sword fighting, once a month or so. When my friends have time

And If I am home I am usually playing *Medieval 2 or Civ 4 with the music on ,this computer ( lap top) on my side on this forum with CNN or Fox News on mute with the closed captions on.

I really only play futsal like 2 a month, but wish it were more.

Books - when ever I've got 4 or 5 books left to dig into on my book shelf at all times usually, me and my friends let each other borrow book a lot so I've always got something.

It's not that much really + you gotta remember I have no job ( other than a little tutoring ) and no responsibility other than picking my sister up/dropping here off - giving my little sister lectures (which last like 3 hours sometimes but, they listen and I don't force them too so it's all good, they like to hear me ramble on**) and making here the occasional lunch - doing some yard work.

I am the only son so I am entitled to tit j/k

I read, thought nowhere near as much as when I was younger - mostly sci fi (hard).

Listen to music (same as everyone else) - indie/rock/metal and classical.

Keep fit (running, circuit training, various sports)

I play Warhammer 40,000 and paint various minis.

Computer games. Especially Civ III!

Oh, and I spend an inordinate amount of time on one particular internet forum.

I also do rpgs and LARP (full contact d&d)

Chaos Space Marines for 40k. I want to start a Warhammer fantasy army in the future once my chaos space marines army is a decent size and i've started playing again Tough deciding who to collect though!

I don't really have a hobby at the moment. Modding civ is more like a job than a hobby. Would be cool to have one though.

I used to do martial arts (Kendo) and paint WH models, but it's been some years now. I would like to try it again, but I really want to focus on something else in my life at this point. Like getting drunk some more.

Hello Varwnos, good to see youre back!

I also started to do the warhammer thing last year. Or well I went back to doing it.

I had a few 'wild years', about 8 or 9, during which I didn't play, but I'm back now. Well back to buying minis and painting them and so on.

Ill probably start playing soon too.

I have Dark Angels for 40K and Chaos (all Khorne) for warhammer fantasy.

I've got some old postcards that I like to look at... mostly from the 60s and 70s; some of them are from more atypical travel destinations like Belgrade and such. Also, I like postcards of old shopping malls; unfortunately, these are hard to come by.
