I'm a nudist.

I voted for the first, since I generally wear a suit when it's socially acceptable; day-to-day 3 describes me pretty well.

Why isn't it possible to vote for more than one option? I'm as comfortable in a suit as I am being naked, as long as it fits the occasion.
But which occasion are you happiest about your outfit?

Being of the goth/metal persuasion dressing up for me means wearing bondage trousers and lots of spikes.
And if you make a habit of that, go with 7 ;)

I remember Goths from the 1990s. They would wear like, trenchcoats with tuxedo shirts and sometimes top hats and other interesting accessories.

What is the situation? Or is the situation irrelevant? If the situation is irrelevant, why isn't "no dress" an option?
The situation is your prefferred dress situation.

Then "no dress" should be an option! I'm most comfortable nude. In various places, though, that's not the best choice. I'll pick four, if clothing is mandatory.

My bad Lucy Duke. Then again, option 7 works well enough for that

I would have voted 4, but since I couldn't care less about whether something is in style, I voted 5.

You're not a true nudist if you only do it when its socially acceptable.

I'm like Homeko, I don't fuss about my appearance! :p

I....hate....ties. I am known as the guy who refuses to wear one. I always thought they looked tacky and stupid, but that's just me I guess.

NO, it's not just you... join the club!

The only good use of a tie is to hang yourself when you come to the sad realization that you have a piece of fabric hanging from your neck, whos only purpose is to hide the buttons on your dress shirt.

Sorry to hear that, ties are awesome. A good tie knot is essential. And you can make quite the statement if you so choose by color and design.

I knew Rumsfeld was no good long before any foreign policy exercises; he never had a good tie knot!

Actually too I noticed that about Rumsfeld about a year ago.

What's your preferencial knot?

To be honest, I never knew tie knots by name, but I know a good one when I see one.

As long as it's triangular and nice and full (doesn't look like a noose or anything, you know what I mean), has a good body to it, and it's centered in the collar, I can't complain.

If I feel like I have to reach up to your neck and straighten out your tie forcibly, it's no good.

My dad was the one who taught me how to tie ties...sadly, I'm quite sure he taught me wrong :). Unless I google the *this is exactly how you tie the windsor*, I'm likely to have a tie that will flip backwards in the wind.

I'm awful with knots. I'm surprised I got so far in Scouts because of it...I was *this* close to bringing big boy velcro kits to campouts :)

I never liked knots, either...

A bunch of my troop went to Seabase where they all learned cool sailing knots. They would show off by tying three-second bowlines and stuff... But I was the best at building fire without accelerant, so that was what I had going for me.

Oh, dear, I never claimed to be a nudist. Just said nude is most comfortable. (Nude as an option would probably skew things, but radioactive monkeys don't wear clothing, to my knowledge.) Outside of one's own home, or one's close friends' homes, though, the social unacceptability makes it less comfortable. I'm not trying to make a statement with what I'm wearing, since usually the statements made by clothing are about what a douche the wearer is. Nor am I in style - usually I'm oblivious to what is in style.

Anyway. Ties are sexy.

I might suggest that the slightly offcenter, thinner four-in-hand looks very professional and confident and stylish with the right shirt and jacket, but mostly I'm into the solid strong knots.

I have a strange thing with tying ties. I don't know how to do it until I'm in the process of doing it. So I can't tie other people's ties for them, but am fine for myself.

Will be terrible if I have a kid :p

Somewhere between 5 and 6. It's not exactly torn, but there are the occasional permanent stains and holes, plus not usually too clean.

Ok I voted for 7. I got some cool goth boots recently:D
