how did germany become an empire? Italy wasn't kill with the vote. It was only brought down to 2. Or does a nation become a vassal as soon as it has 2 points? I thought you had to kill it with your vote so italy would need 1 point and then you attack it which makes it your vassal.
Maybe RT can explain again how the rules work. It is getting a little confusing for me.

Yeah, I think you're right, my mistake, but it is rather stupid that the -2 points just disappear. That way the amount of points in the game increases constantly and we might never get down to 10 players...
