Does anyone else use railroads?

I like the movement bonus a lot. Having at least 1 railroad passing through your major cities is amazing for movement. Military Engineers can also repair tile improvements so if I'm done with RR's and tunnels I just keep them around to repair stuff as needed whether from natural disasters or if I get pillaged. Instead of wasting builder movements for repairs so they can get to improving tiles faster instead. The RR's obviously make it much easier for them to get where they need to for repairs.

I often rush flood barriers & build lots of railroads so that I can sink the other civs .
