Mine too, for some reason.

And yeah, when you activate the game, Steam might say it's still locked, but that's not meant to stop you from preloading. Just look for the uninstalled game on your list and hit the PRE-LOAD button.

Well, the files are still compressed (and encrypted), so they may "grow" considerably when unpacked.

On a slightly aside note, does anyone know why when Firaxis released XCOM, us poor Europeans were left to wait about 3 extra days than everyone else. You have no idea how much that riled me at the time.

In those cases, there will most likely be other, easier avenues to procure the game.

Speaking of which has anyone that has ordered from Green Man Gaming heard from them at all about when they think they will send out the codes? Or if anyone has experience with them in the past do they ever send out the codes earlier than release so we can predownload?

log in to your account, go to games library, under steam games you will find your code. its already been released, at least mine has.
