Why would anyone want to kill a cat? Besides haters, that is. Sick cats are still cute, why kill them?

I might have a cat put down if it was in pain, but that is besides the point for the OP.

To answer the OP, I don't think so. A ******** person should not be euthanised, even if in pain.
