I have a current game ongoing whereby I've just managed to get to 66% population, but for some reason the victory condition hasn't been met and the game is continuing as normal.

The year is C.1950s and no other victory conditions have been triggered as yet.

Why might this be?

(Sorry for there being no save- I'm at work atm)

Start spewing settlers and hurry temples/libs to grab tiles. Coast tiles count.

I highly recommend mapstat to check your tile count - see Utilities forum.

yes but it won't tell you what amount of tiles is 66%

U could use the Crp utility to manage the number of tiles u still need to have a domination vic. Look it up in the Creation and Customization section.

I've noticed that when I have both Victory by Domination and Victory by Conquest on, a Domination victory never happens. It's as if Conquest overides the Domination option.

No, but you can get a good idea from the % Conquests gives you. Unfortunately, neither PtW nor Vanilla gives you a percentage; for that you need Crp.

It's usually the opposite for most people. Do you like to ruthlessly raze any cities you capture and/or never build culture? (NB Conquest Victory cannot be disabled because it makes all other victory conditions moot).
