If I were a bad guy, I totally would not have voted the codes to a teammate that I know is not immune to a lynch. It would be ridiculous! :lol:
 
That's a reasonable point, if you were Sam's teammate you would know that voting him the codes would just mean they got put up for vote again the following day.

It's also complete WIFOM. You could have voted the codes to him anyway just to screw with us, or just to keep the codes out of the hands of the townies.
 
What Johannak did was stupid.

I don't see him doing this because he is scum, he already had a lot of attention on his person to compromise himself with such idiotic move as scum.

Now about the codes on towns hands, well I do not think any of us was going to change the vote on the codes, besides we don't know who is town and who isn't so better if none of us get the codes for now.
 
I think there is a good chance Classical_hero is guilty of something. I will take the launch codes.

I would agree that the codes should remain up for vote, not a good idea to have anyone hold them for now, although I think there are some ppl that could be trusted with them.
 
Since Sam was condemned, and the codes were going to nobody anyway, I decided to give them to the lynchee just for fun. The codes would be up for vote again, I thought, yet they would have changed hands. It was certainly a stupid thing done just for fun. *shrug*
 
Hmph. Might be a wild guess, but it is my belief that Comrade JohannaK could have voted the codes to SamSniped so they could be voted in the next round to him without suspicion after a might bus. Might be a valid tactic, so my fish fingers of suspicion remain pointed at him.

On the other hand, why do you want to know the identity of the Doctor, vote: Comrade Riedquat? And may I ask, since we're at it, how you know that the deceased criminal SamSniped was immune to an attack?

Incidentally, where is FFoS: Comrade choxorn? Small talk and no vote then, tovarishch?

Two gunmen walked through the halls of Dead Point Base. One Russian, one American. KingMorgan was the base's mechanic, so his comrades would be surprised to see him walking around with a Kalashnikov. He was pulled into this venture because he owed money to the mob. Now that Boris is dead, maybe he could get out of it? No... He knew that once official investigation began, the paper trail from him to Boris would be connected. He had come far too far to return to the life of a lawful Soviet Citizen. Nothing he could do while he lived would erase suspicion, once his past criminal connections were uncovered. Destroying the evidence, even if it meant taking lives, was the only way. Choxorn would be killed tonight.

No such concerns troubled Choxon, the supposed KGB agent, whose real loyalty was with the CIA. His mission was simple. His loyalty to his country (the USA), straightforward and unfaltering. He needed to aquire the Launch Codes and get out of here. Anyone killed along the way was a dirty communist, an enemy combatant in any case. KingMorgan would be killed tonight.

The two gunmen meet in the base's darkened coridores. The sole lightbulb in the room provides a feeble glow, just sufficient for both of them to see that the other is armed.

Um... Hello, comrade. Fine evening tonight. The mafia mechanic says this shakily, noting Choxorn's automatic weapon.

I am no comrade of yours, red scum. As the CIA agent says this, he pulls out his automatic weapon. King Morgan pulls out his. Both are cut down in a spray of each other's automatic fire.

Ability 2: Every night, you can choose one player and scan them, to see if they have the Launch Codes.
Ability 3: Once you have the launch codes, you can escape on the next night, fulfilling your victory condition.

I wasn't a townie, but I think I deserve the townie MVP award for this game.
 
I was a doctor who could protect himself. Once I got the codes, the town was safe on that front and your win was impossible.

Now, was Jo(h)an(na)K attacked by anyone on Night 3 when I decided to risk it and protect him instead of myself?

I wasn't even trying to get the codes. I lacked the ability to steal them, my only way of getting them was to get voted them, which would attract attention to me and make the "surviving" part of my VC harder.

So, logically, doing all I could to kill the mafia was the best choice, I needed to survive and them being alive made that less likely. I just wasn't quite fast enough to get them all...
 
You could have just acted like the town vigilante then. Which you more or less were doing.
