Yes, nice stuff Varwnos :).

(Shameless :bump:;)).

@Lozzy_Ozzy: Sorry I didn't get to it it earlier, but here's the higher res version of night you requested - I didn't do the improved versions yet, but I wont do it before christmas, so here's the basic one in 1280*1024 - higher res would be pretty useless since the photo isn't that sharp...

(I would have pm'd you, but I can't figure out how to attach files to pms...)

Thanks!
It's supposed to mean night - I don't think any arab would recognize it as a written word though - maybe first efforts made by a six year old at best, since I'm absolutely not familiar with arab and it's calligraphy (could also be pharsi - I don't really remember...).

@Curt: Great as allways!

And here's another one:

Curt....

Thats fantastic!

And so's yours Billy, and thanks for the image :).

P.S.: To attach it to a PM, you first have to host it on a site like Imageshack, and then copy the link it gives you into the Pm. I personally use this method for all posts as it saves CFC's server space :).

I draw a bit from time to time, in the computer, although i may begin drawing using pencils/crayons in the future. I dont expect people to like this sketch, but i wanted to share it :)

It is called "child conversing with friend".
It is supposed to be me, in my old room ;)

:bump:

A pair of quite unrelated drawings brought forth in the last week.

And an as-yet unnamed deamon. For some reason, I keep thinking 'Quixby' would do.

This is part of a larger picture I've working on for what seems like eternity. My own fault, of course :p. It needs tidying up in Photoshop, but that will be saved until the end.

Very nice Kan :)
Have you thought about working on specific illustrations? (eg scenes from books)
It could allow you to work through your style, since you would already have an image to create, without worrying about the meaning of the image itself (since it would be linked to another work).

Here is my current work on a civ3 byzantine set:

I cant even draw for beans and yet I dont know how these people can draw people. Especialy Manga style.

I haven't really thought of that. My main problems are (using books as an example) that I simply don't read enough fiction books to have something I might like, and that I'll be constantly frustrated by it not appearing quite how I want it to.

That said, I may give try something from Asimov's Foundation series. I did once draw a picture of Trantor, might be nice to try again :)
