d'tesh changed in a recent patch? immortal broken?

did d'tesh get changed in a recent patch? like 1.22 don't remember him starting with such low normal strength (not death) also he is immortal which i don't think he was before, being one of my favorite civs to play the balancing changes are cool and i love the immortal (especially since how common it is to lose a 99.9% battle) except for the fact that immortal doesn't seem to work does anyone else have the problem or is it just me? phoenix blood doesn't work either searched the bug thread but couldn't find anything about that, game will say lord d'tesh killed at the top and that he has re-spawned as well but my capital is empty? some way to fix that? looked in XML and python but i couldn't find anything on the mechanics of immortal

Immortal is currently broken, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Just do what I do: If you lose D'tesh, which shouldn't happen, open up WB and add him back in.
