I'm going to use this icon as well for the Great Commander Mission. This is the button for turning a Great General into a Field Commander and removes all its other abilities (if you use that option). The mission currently uses the red-backed flag that is also used for the Morale I promotion. I think it is more appropriate to use the button that gives you a unit of the matching class.
 
I put together an icon for the Automate Hurry action. It's currently using the same icon as Improve Nearest City for Workers. I'm not sure if the background behind the hammer is the best, but I couldn't figure out anything that looked really good.

I also found two good possibilities for a replacement icon for the Industrial Complex.

This is the Industrialism tech icon in Final Frontier. I checked the XML and I didn't see we were using this particular icon anywhere.

This is a crop of the Industrialization tech icon from Civ5. It's a little dark but it would be usable for something.

What do you think of about using different icons for units with ethnic art styles?

I think you have tooo much time if you want to do even that :D
It's not a bad idea if you have time&energy for it...

I'm trying to hunt down the last few icons I need to replace. I went looking for icons to use for Burn Forest and Burn Jungle. In this case, I think we can use one icon for both since the two missions have the same purpose (remove a feature with no hammer gain) and you will never see them both together (a tile cannot be both forest and jungle).

Here are three I think would work.

This one is Slash and Burn in Quot Capita.

This one is from the Elemental Promotions button pack. It's very visually striking but I think it is a little too dramatic for this purpose.

This is the one that I like the best, but I would not use it directly for the burn action. Instead, I would use this button to replace our current Fire Pit and the current Fire Pit button for the burn action.

Use the 1st for "Burn" the 3rd for "Fire Pit", and simply cut the current fire pit icon. That's too cartoonish imo.

That icon with the :hammers: look pretty good.
Maybe the grey icon is a little better for the IC, but both are very good.

The 1st fire icon, you could use that for the random event of forest fire. It would add some extra candy to the event, and not leave it as boring text blurb.

I like the 3rd one being used for fire pit, and using the existing fire pit as the forest burn icon. Maybe tone done the cartoonish effect of it.

Events use bigger pics.
 
Bunker and Command Center are the last two that I think I need to do. I'm very close to being done, or at least to the point where I can pull everything together and upload. I'm out of ideas for some of the other buttons that I've posted, and we can always go back and change things if we need to.

Is it intended for Capital Admin. to still use the old rathause (or what) icon?

No, it is not. I made a new art definition for the Capital Admin, but I forgot to apply it to the building itself. I've added it to the "fix files" pile. I'll probably wait a couple more days to upload to see if anyone else finds anything else that I've managed to miss. Fortunately, it seems that what I missed is mostly cosmetic.
