Or does Emirate of Scotland, Emirate of the Netherlands and Eyalet of Holland sounds ok?

Anyone else getting the "Iberian Union" bug? Spain, Portugal and Aragon are all 'Iberian Union' by default. I've tried looking it up in the code but I can't find the problem yet.

Ohh, yeah, that was a bug in the initial release of 1.4.
Was already fixed a couple months ago.
But even if you don't use the SVN version of the mod, a new 1.5 version will be released very soon.
(actually I planned to release it 2 weeks ago, but was convinced that it's probably better to leave a couple more weeks for testing)

Could there eventually be more dynamic names based on lands possessed? For example, as Germany I hold Venedig and am stable so when Venice respawned they didn't hold Venice. Could there be a name like "Republic of Dalmatia" or something for that case? Same with Genoa I suppose

The Venetian and Genoan names are not updated yet.
The DCN system can handle controlled provinces to some extent though.
So yeah, it can be set (and similar things are already set for a couple civs) that the name is * of Venice if they hold Verona province, and * of something else if they don't.

Yep, it's already fixed for 1.5.

Vassal of Denmark, controls Brandenburg: Principality of Rügen or Duchy of Pomerania (probably the former to differentiate from Sweden )
Vassal of Denmark, controls Estonia: Duchy of Estonia
Vassal of Sweden, controls Brandenburg: Duchy of Pomerania
Vassal of Sweden, controls Livonia: Duchy of Livonia or Swedish Livonia (if you don't want to duplicate with the possible Lithuanian vassal name)
Note: I put control of Brandenburg instead of Pomerania for the Pomerannian vassal names because while historically those areas were in Pomerania, ingame that part of Pomerania is the coastal part of the Brandenburg province. If you ever change this these names should be adjusted as well.
