EA Abusing Its Employees?

That seems to be the case in these messages. Apparently EA has been working its employees 12-14 shifts five days a week, often making them work on the weekend. There is no overtime or compensation pay, and holiday bonuses are nonexistant. Thinking about buying LOTR: The Third Age now?
 
I'll take these with a grain of salt, not everything on the internet is real. It just on a free LJ account.
 
If it's true, tough, not much I can do. I'm still gonna buy the games if they interest me.
 
EA was the maker of Battlefield..

I think they mean the company is so big they produced two games of completely different genre.

This is part of a salaried employee's life I'm afraid.

When you "move up" from hourly based pay,this is what you can look forward to.

If you don't like it,the door is right over there would be EA's position.Still a great place to work if you ask me.
