Hi is this scenario only mod? Can I use those civs and their trees in normal freee-play?
I tried to define advanced setup from ancien =t era and it worked, question is will it screw up something later?

Yes, this is the scenario only mod. If you want to play with the civs in a normal game, then use the mod Earth 2018 Civs. Note that the Civs mod will not have the scenario-specific techs and policies, just the civs and their buildings and units. Also note that if you use that mod, you should not have this scenario mod activated at the same time. If you got this Earth 2018 scenario mod to somehow load up in a normal game, it will probably cause problems, although I do not know for sure as it was never intended to be played that way so I never tested it like that.
