>WWE is deeply saddened by the news that Eddie Guerrero has passed away. He was found dead this morning in his hotel room in Minneapolis. Eddie is survived by his wife Vickie and daughters Shaul, 14, Sherilyn, 9, and Kaylie Marie, 3.<

Shocking.

RIP

just saw him wrestling friday nite. Bulked up quite a bit in later years, steriods?

nah..just the supplements.Prolly used roids about..oh..10 years ago..maybe.The guy was always built. Not a huge man but well put together and a fantastic rassler.Comes from HUGE rassling family.

This was a real hot time for him as well with the "I am your Papi" and "my good friend BOWtista" storylines...

He will be missed.

already bought tickets to wwe when it comes to wellington. he was one of the stars i wanted to see. that sucks, poor edie

We have a cause of death now-heart failure

Bunch of crap about the effect of his drug abuse days but I'd say the undetected heart disease had alot more to do with it.

Great RAW last night honoring Eddie's carreer.Only laughing and crying...nothing in between, and I didn't even know the guy personally.Same deal for Smackdown later this week.

Word is he died on the day he would of been champ--he was to face Batista the champ who needs surgery, in a 3 way with Randy Orton, so the "word " was Eddie was to take the title sunday which was taped for friday smackdown. Now we'll never know

um..hello....the reason for death was heart failure brought on by heart disease....

Probably drug overdose, or negative effects of steroids, or a combination of both.

It was a real shame that he died. He was one of the great in ring performers and show men. I remember the time that he was in Perth for a show. When he was part of the "Los Guerros" tag team. He was very entertaining that night and many people I have talked to afterwards were of the same opinion.

I am shocked by people intimating that is what a result of a drug overdose. There is no way it could have been that because he was clean for many years now.

It was a shame that he died and the two main shows were a fitting tribute to the star. It was entertaining and also a heartfelt time remembering Eddie. We will miss this star of Professional wrestling.
