EFZI2- The PBEM!

At lord Drake's since my latest post plus one one or two minutes, why?

Don't say the M word. x.x
I'll get to my turn when I have time, right now my priorities are elsewhere.

If it's a problem with a particular person, we can have them taken care of.

If it's a problem with a particular person, we can have them taken care of.

If it were a particular person I could have arranged for that myself, but thanks for the offer.

No, it has more to do with shifting a significant quantity of... stuff.. in a very short amount of time without sufficient manpower.

Use our ability to have people taken care of in order to have someone have your shifting a significant quantity of… stuff.. taken care of.

Any update on when you might be able to play? If it's going to be for much longer, maybe we should find a temporary replacement?

I still have the savegame from when I played my last turn… does the game allow for skipping in multi? I really don't like the option but with such extended breaks I even tend to forget what I was supposed to be doing, what to build and research, where to attack, etc.

Considering that I have no idea when, if even, I'll have access to the internet for the next month at least.... you should probably replace me.

Alright, I'll look for someone to temporarily replace you.

Are you sure you can't play the save on a laptop then just bring it to an internet café and upload it there?

I can't drive, so I depend on others to move me around. Otherwise yes I could.

Well, no one has seemed to responded to my request in the replacement players lobby.

Lord Drake, please play the turn as soon as possible, and let us know when you'll have regular access to internet again.

Are you sure you uploaded the right savegame?

We have captured Mr T and he is happy that he is safe and sound and is willing to help us in the fight against the Zombies. It also means we have captured the Fast Food joint meaning no more Zombie civilians. Alos a warning to the Company that there is a horde of Zombies near the Dog Pound. I hope you have enough protection there.

GPS to Takhisis.

Resistance is quelled in the City Utilities and access is restablished via the Sewer Tunnels.

Running water has now been restored, and it's advised that all civilians shower immediately to prevent the spread of infection.

Other than that, nothing much to report. A fair amount of infected dogs have been seen around, but as of now they don't pose much threat.

The People's Anti-Zombie Liberation Front of Paradise Island has issued the following communiqué:
We regret that such a popular figure as Mr. T, hero of the proletariat, has been 'captured' (sic) by the landowning potentates that monopolise the ownership of arable land and their semifeudally bound serfs, but realises that the workers of the framing world might benefit from their example.
Comrade Swift Lightning should retreate from his dangerous position, O Agricultural Workers! Surrounded by Zombies, he is!

The de-Zombification of the islandside tourist resorts by the Western shore continues, while most of our armed comrades start to shift eastwards to contain Zombie advances around the Church, Armoury and Beach.

It is our hope that the Revolution will be joined by those subjected to capitalist work dependency, the landowning gentry and the bbrute force of high-handed militarism, but no one can be sure of this anymore.

PAZLF-PI, Out.

No one's responded to my request in the replacement players thread. Lord Drake, do you know when you'll have more regular connection to internet?

I don't want to wait a week or more in between turns, but I don't want to just skip your turn either given the importance of every minor detail in the game.

Actually settled with a somewhat stable connection now. I'd be happier if storms stopped murdering the routers though.
