Elimination Thread-Returning Civ 5 Leaders

I would just recommend using at most 20 leaders and not using someone we already voted on. Why not choose the 3*5 winners of the never before seen civ thread and choose one leader for each?

I'll make some nominations first, exactly like you did before wonders/natural wonders elimination thread and I'll pick some interesting choices. I'll make several 20 leaders rounds, and maybe there will be some finals.
