Ashurbanipul 28-3=25 - I'd love him to return - his Civ V portrayal was great. But I'd just like to see Pachacuti more now.
Gajah Mada 4
Pachacuti 28+1=29 - South America is almost empty - Incans are needed. Also, Qin Shi Huang, Teddy, Alex and Pedro II (and Victoria) can't be the only annoying guys in game, and he always backstabbed me, stole my wonders and denounced me :P Also, I hope that Firaxis will give him a more fearsome voice.

Ashurbanipul (25+1)=26 He's a good fit for the Agenda system in Civ6. If only Gilgamesh looked more like an actual Sumerian King than Assyrian/Babylonian. I wonder if people would confuse them if Ash were added.
Gajah Mada (4-3)=1 One more downvote and Gajah Mada will end up in ketiga (third in Indonesian) place. I kind of don't want Firaxis to caricature him after a perfect portrayal in BNW.
Pachacuti 29

Ashurbanipul 26
Gajah Mada 1 - 3 = ELIMINATED Third place is best for him
Pachacuti 29 + 1 = 30 There needs to be another South American civ to serve as a foil to Pedro II

Ashurbanipul (26+1)=27 I don't mind him returning.
Pachacuti (30-3)=27 There are a few other possible choices for Inca leader. I can say the same for Assyria, but I prefer Ashurbanipal's return, since Pachacuti has been in the game more than him.

Both are good. I will abstain.

Ashurbanipul 27-3=24 - Should he return? Definitely! But not before the Earth-shaker :P
Pachacuti 27+1=28 - The Earth-shaker is a great choice to represent the Incan Empire. Also, SA is so empty...

Ashurbanipul (24+1)=25 Great Scholar-warrior King is great fit for the Agenda system.
Pachacuti (28-3)=25 There are still other choices for Inca Emperor.

Ashurbanipul 25 + 1 = 26 (Science, Great Writer focus, and also a mighty conqueror with amazing Assyrian siege weapons)
Pachacuti 25 - 3 = 22 (While I like him a lot and he's in my opinion the best Inca leader possible, he isn't as awe-inspiring or quite as agenda-worthy as Ashurbanipal IMO.)

Ashurbanipul 27 (26+1) Getting this long game closer to the end
Pachacuti 19 (22-3) same

Ashurbanipul (27+1)=28 He's a great fit for the Agenda system.
Pachacuti (19-3)=16 Second place is good for the Earth-Shaker

Ashurbanipul 29 (28+1)
Pachacuti 13 (16-3)

Should be over soon... if not all people stay away...

Ashurbanipul (30+1)=31 He has stood the test of time.
Pachacuti (10-3)=7 Earth-shaker is second best.

Ashurbanipul 32 (31+1) swarm intelligence
Pachacuti 4 (7-3) swarm intelligence
Just two more votes....

Jesus... I'm away for two days and Pachacuti is almost killed... *Sigh* Well, it seems that I can't save him, so I'll prepare him for the final strike.

Ashurbanipul 32+1=33 - Less needed, but extremely well portrayed.
Pachacuti 4-3=1 - More needed, but annoying.

How about a thread about leaders of never before seen Civs?

Very well, this thread was quite fun, so thanks!

However, should the thread about leaders of never before seen Civs be even started, or not, because it would be too... large?

I think that kind of thread will devolve into arguing about which Civ is more worthy of being in Civ, as opposed to which leader is more worthy. You're welcome to create one, though.

I would just recommend using at most 20 leaders and not using someone we already voted on. Why not choose the 3*5 winners of the never before seen civ thread and choose one leader for each?
