This mod does several things.

First it makes Corruption based on difficulty levels.
Emperor, and Monarch have the dafault (100%) Corruption
Deity has 125%
Chieftan has 25% Warlord has 50% Regent has 75%

More buildings fight corruption, however.

Larger maps, for more civs. (Huge=Wow)

HPs for units... based on Era. 1 bonus for Medeval, 2 for industrial, 3 for modern.

More techs increase the speed of workers.

I feel this just makes for a better game.

I have the scenario pointing to Snoopy's terrain, as I feel they are a great graphics mod.

Also forgot to mention:Golden Age length now 25 turns

Communism uses paid labor

Cities in a Democracy Republic lead to a free unit, and a Metropolis provides two free units to a Republic, and one to a Democracy.

I also made some other changes.
 
Hmm...nice but why would communism use paid labor though? After all it is the only one in civ3 that can use the hurry method just sayin...
